Beit el Baraka is and non profit organisation that ensures dignity to destitute Lebanese families and retirees, by assisting them in their struggle with the increasing cost of living. In a spirit of respect and support, we aim to provide a tailor-made accurate and beneficial response to Lebanon’s economic and multi-dimensional challenges that are depriving many retired citizens of their most basic needs and rights. Rehabilitating small businesses is among Beit el Baraka’s top priorities, in partnership with the Association of Lebanese Industrialists and The Women\'s Collective. We aim to restore 108 small shops severely damaged by the explosion of August 4th. By repairing these shops, we allow families to reclaim their only source of revenue, especially in the absence of pension plans in the country.
